This week was very different I actually didn't enjoy my week it was long and it was much fun and I lost a little of my urge for the work and it seem like the program losing my respect slowly for Year Up because it kind of a joke how they get us to apprenticeship and then don't give a care at all either they need more staff or they need to learn how to cope with both because it was all good at the beginning of apprenticeship. But now it like we finished Year Up and the staff like we did all we can do and to me its ridiculous if they knew that the work would double why wouldn't they hire more help because it like if they focus on us the new class get neglected and they focus on the new class we get neglected and it like discouraging to have a program that say we be here if you have problem at work and then when you have a problem they forward your call or not answer like if you were there ex or something it that seem to be unprofessional in that matter the only thing inspire me at this moment is the skills and experiences because their no support factor from the program and I got my first bad feed back from my supervisor and that didn't feel good and it wasn't about my work but missing for sickness and death in the family but that mostly my story since I started year up I been sick and having family problems and I just think that something putting the odds against me for this program. But as a overall I'm doing good here at Wells Fargo and I'm doing alot of more things on my own and I get project assign to me so it very fun to think I have my own part in this company.
This week was fun I did some SR(Service Request) and I got my car running and I dont have to depend on my parents to take me to work anymore Praise God. This week went by fast I told alot of people about Year Up at Well Fargo. I remember a SR that i had to install adobe acrobat 9 pro on two end users computers. So they were double teaming on the questions about the program. So I put the news clip on Year Up on the screen so I can do my work and it was funny because it was like a diversion for a younger to be quiet.
The Anniversary I woke up at 3:30 today and i can't believe how dark it still was so I watch T.V and got out my bed at 4:30. So I got dress and got to bart at 5:35 and went back to sleep and it was peaceful and when I got to the city it was like a ghost town. I walk to my work site in the city and it was wierd not being crowded on the streets and not seeing people in a rush it like the city slows down early in the morning. So I got in my building and it was so early my motion was the start of all lights coming on.So when I got to the Year Up building it was amazing to see the new the students there first before the apprentices and it was like the first day when I join Year Up. So it was like everybody was like running ants trying to get the event started and once people started to come it was fine and everything fell in place. So it was great to see the event go great and see all the people that was supporting Year Up so as a overall it was a great week.
Jaylon Entry I went to work today and it was normal monday I imaged some computers and did some random trouble tickets and then to Find out that my uncle in Texas Died was the most horribliest thing to hear and now I just depressed and I got work tomorrow but despise all the bad things I know he with God having a heaven bound party and that he praising rightnow like in this movie clip .

Jaylon Entry This week went really good I met Rev. Jesse Jackson at work and that was a good experience until he brushed me off when he saw his collegue. Then I talk to the top people of Wells Fargo in a email this week inviteing them to the Year Up anniversary and I got two respones and one was from the chairman Dick M kolvavich and then another was from the CTO Ms. Avid and they both was busy. So here a question why when people get a little famous they act like their to busy for the world? But anyways I work on some imigrations and did some imaging and next week I should have my EF account.Then I foundout that my title Changed to EUC that stands for End user computing and I miss the EFO title but too bad so that was my week.
On August 3, 1877, the Wells Fargo & Co. stage between Point Arenas and Duncan’s Mills on the Russian River, just north of San Francisco, was robbed. It was notable for the scrap of paper left behind in the empty treasure box missing $300 and a check drawn on Granger’s Bank of San Francisco. On the back of a waybill was written:
“I’ve labored long and hard for bred (bread) For honor and for riches But on my corns too long yove (you’ve) tred (tread) You fine-haired sons ___ _____.” Black Bart , 1877
This was one of many daring thefts by the same highwayman, Charles E. Bolton, alias Charles E. Boles, alias Black Bart, “The PO8.” On July 25, 1878, he held up the stage between Quincy and Oroville, taking $379 in currency, along with jewelry and the US Mail. He left this message:
“Here I lay me down to Sleep To wait the coming morrow Perhaps Success perhaps defeat And everlasting Sorrow Let come what will I’ll try it on My condition can’t be worse And if there’s money in that Box ‘Tis munny (money) in my purse.” Black Bart –The PO8
“The PO8” finally was caught after his last stage robbery on November 3, 1883 between Sonora and Milton. A laundry mark—F.X.0.7—on the handkerchief he left behind served as the clue to his capture. At the time, it was determined that Charles E. Bolton robbed the Wells, Fargo & Co Express stages on these routes and dates:

Bolton-Boles-Bart pleaded guilty to the stage robbery of November 3, 1883 before Judge P.H. Kean in San Andreas and was sentenced to 6 years in the California State Prison. He entered San Quentin on November 21, 1883 and served four years and two months before his release for good behavior.
Jaylon Reports Well this week was pretty fun because I got to go to the Wells Fargo Museum and learned alot of stuff like the name Wells Fargo came from two men last name and before the bank they had a Wells Fargo express kind of like the pony express but Wells Fargo express came into existence first. Then I got to see some real gold and a 24 carat gold plated bar so I was pretty excited to see all that gold. So I felt like Black Bart I wanted all that gold so I know one day I going to turn in some money one day and buy a gold bar. Then when I went back to work on Monday it was weird because everybody was all like how you doing? and How you feel? and I was getting that response all day. Then the rest of the week I felt mellow and was just doing work and I also found a room call the lounge and Its for Wells Fargo employees to take a nap and that was the best thing I found out about at Wells Fargo. This week I found out that I will get my EF account soon and that account gives me all right to every computer on the network.Then the most cool things is that Year Up was on ABC New Channel 7 and I was shown like 6 times so that really cheer me up about my car being gone. Well speaking about car my total car is going to be in that program In that video that I posted on my last blog called every 15 minutes. So at De La Salle there going to place some kids in my car and set it up like it was a car crashed cause by drinking teens so at least my car is still having a purpose but the only thing was I wasn't drinking when I got in the accident so I hope they mention that but still that cool.
